Pros: We stayed in this gorgeous lodge just 10 minutes away from Hobbit Hill for a wedding, and it was honestly incredible. As caravan regulars, we turned up fully stocked with the usual essentials—towels, bin bags, tea towels, dish cloths—but we didn’t need any of it! The lodge was beautifully equipped, spotless, and felt like such a treat. The girls especially loved the bath—it was their favourite part of the whole stay! The location is stunning, peaceful, and ideal for anyone attending a wedding at Hobbit Hill who wants something a bit more special than a hotel. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t get to spend more time in the lodge because of the wedding! Ha! Thank you so much, Sue. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. 💛✨

Superb. We would love to stay again!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The caravan was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The location was just perfect, overlooking a peaceful lake and only a short drive from where we were attending a family wedding. It truly felt like a home away from home! we didn’t want to leave.

Excellent accommodation for a short family stay.

Pros: Very clean and cosy lodge. Surprisingly spacious for a family of 4 plus dog. Beautiful views of Pendle Hill.

Cons: Closeness of the site to A59 meant there was sone traffic noise.

Pros: The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you would need really enjoyed are stay even everything for your pets forgot the dogs towels so having them there was very good could not have asked for anything more it was all there for us even all cleaning products

Cons: Having to go out in the car other than it was lovely
