Great house and location and plenty of room for the number of guests that stayed

Pros: The house was bigger than we imagined. The location was perfect for our trip. The house is in such a peaceful area and ideally located for Liverpool either by train, car or Uber. The lounge was super comfy and the kitchen extremely well equipped. The house was immaculately clean and for any winter visitors lovely and warm

Pros: The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful time & great communication with the host who also left us snacks & pastries for breakfast! Would highly recommend. We will be booking again!

Overall, myself and 6 other friends had a lovely overnight stay in the property.

Pros: Lovely outside sitting area and bedrooms were spacious.

Cons: The guests using the upstairs bathroom did complain that there was no blind up at the window, and the window was not frosted so felt very overlooked from other properties.

Property as described and perfect for our requirements

Pros: Lovely, quiet location. Would have been nice to have some butter and bread, there was milk, jam and eggs. Clean and well equipped.

Cons: We would prefer a firmer mattress, just a personal preference. Tap in en-suite is loose and difficult to turn off completely.

Fantastic property & host; I’d highly recommend.

Pros: Lovely house & garden in a quiet location, perfect for our overnight stay. The house was spotless & well stocked, with toiletries & extra supplies including tea, coffee, spices & sauces etc. The beds were very comfortable too…a big plus! Liz is a welcoming host who kept me informed prior to & throughout our stay.

Cons: No mirror in downstairs loo. Dodgy socket near door in principle bedroom which would have been the best to use for the hairdryer but wasn’t useable. Small towels

Great location and great spacious house

Pros: Great location, spacious and just what we needed to get ready for a family wedding

Cons: The only thing was the amount of diffusers in the property, don’t get me wrong they smelt lovely but just very overpowering and we actually ended up moving quite a few into the utility room for the duration of our stay

Had a great stay with family while visiting the area, lovely area and quiet. Just was helpful and house was lovely

Pros: Lovely decor, comfy beds, great shower and bath, spacious areas, parking, garden and outdoor seating, personal touches I.e flowers and fizz

Cons: Had personal items in the house, it was dusty in places, the tap in en suite was broken and the bin door.
