Great stay

Pros: Very private. Fantastic view of the hills and the pond. Great open space. A farm with milk, milkshake and ice-cream was nearby and fresh farm eggs just round the corner.

Cons: The tub did cool down when in use, but to be fair, it was actually freezing weather.

Fantastic and peaceful lodge in a lovely location with great touches.

Pros: The standard of the lodge was excellent. It was a short drive into the village with plenty of restaurants around if you want to venture out. The lodge was extremely clean upon arrival and the kitchen/dining/living area was a very good size with excellent touches. The bluetooth speakers were a great touch. The hot tub was also perfect. The lodge is situated in a very quiet setting which is also very good. The heating system throughout the lodge was excellent too.

Cons: There was nothing not to like. The only area I feel could be improved is the bed or bed frame in the main bedroom as it was very creaky! (not bad enough to spoil the other excellent parts.
