Seaside beach themed home with garden and driveway

Ok with a few gripes.

Pros: Location was good. House was presented well with the seaside theme.

Cons: The house is in the middle of a housing estate and therefore the garden lacks any privacy with many houses overlooking it. Providing a £100 deposit on top of what was an expensive couple of days in December. Two security deposit transactions sat pending against my bank account for over a week. An escape to Blackpool for the weekend...

Pros: Brilliant base to explore Blackpool, Lytham & St Annes. 5 min walk from the tram depot and an easy ride along the promenade into Blackpool. Accommodation was a home from home, lovely and clean, warm and well equipped.

Cons: Nothing.

Great place to stay

Pros: The whole house was beautiful with so many lovely seaside touches throughout. It was immaculate but comfortable a real home from home. So close to Blackpool Lytham and Lytham St Annes. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be keeping this on my list of go to places.

Lovely, well-appointed little house on a clean estate.

Pros: House was lovely, great location next to Blackpool airport with driveway parking outside. The fenced garden was great for our pup to enjoy and sit out in the sun! Spacious, good communications and clean. Would be happy to stay again.

Cons: The only negative was a very angry man who lived next door who kept having a go at us for (a) arriving late in the evening, (b) shutting our car doors when we got out of the car, etc. We are not even noisy people so I suspect he does this to all guests at this property! Luckily a miserable old sod like him did not detract for us :D

Enjoyable time in a lovely quiet home

Pros: House was lovely and clean - suited our needs of heading into Blackpool and Lytham. House has a real beach theme throughout which was motivational

Cons: The sat nav in my car didn't recognise the postcode for the property so caused a little bit of work before heading to the house, this was the same at the taxi ride home in the evening (UBER was fine when using the app) the taxi driver said his sat nav wasn't recognising it either

Great home, very clean, great location.

Pros: Such a lovely home, very clean, has everything you need and in a great location. I wish I had booked to stay longer.

Wonderful short break with family. Cannot wait to return, wouldn’t stay anywhere else for future trips

Pros: The property was super clean & comfortable, wonderful hosts, checking in with us to ensure our stay was going well, open & clear lines of communication. The property had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, great size living room & very well equipped kitchen & diner. Perfect for families & couples alike. The property had a lovely enclosed rear garden & parking for 2 cars at the front. Lovely quiet residential street with every amenity nearby you could ever wish for. Just a 10 minute walk into Blackpool , a stones throw away from the trams, a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect !!

A cosy well located holiday home, close to the beach!

Pros: It was a really well thought out holiday home! Cute and cosy but with everything you need! Very well organised. Great location a stone’s throw from the dunes and 5 mins from the tram stop; can easily access both Blackpool and Lytham!

Cons: There was 5 of us staying but not enough sofa for us all to relax together in the evening. Could do with an additional small sofa, to avoid splitting the group up and down stairs. It was the only reason why we knocked a mark off a full score!

A Lovely Home from Home.

Pros: We were very surprised at how spacious the house was. Well set out. Good to have an ensuite ,bathroom upstairs and still a downstairs toilet. Bedrooms were a good size. Beds are just a little firm for our liking. But still slept pretty well. Nice quiet location. Good off street parking . Great having an enclosed garden for the dogs. As we were lucky with the weather they enjoyed laying outside on their beds . I didn't manage to use the hob . l Did get instructions from Sam after messaging, but by then I had used the microwave. I think written instructions might help in the kitchen. We would stay here again and recommend to family & friends .

Really convenient hone near to st Anne’s dunes and beach . Fab
