Host & Stay - The Seel Street Townhouse

In town for a few days

Pros: The location and communication were great. Facilities in the apartment were excellent. Clean towels and bedding provided. Toiletries also. WiFi was a useful addition. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed and very spacious apartment. Central heating was also welcome. I felt safe and secure there with lots of amenities nearby. There is a small car park opposite which was useful to have. It is centrally located and easy to access all main places of interest. Everything you need and a bit more

Cons: Some of the soft furnishings and decor could use an upgrade, as could the communal carpet.

Comfortable townhouse

Pros: Modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely spacious bedrooms. Great equipped kitchen. Loved the double shower room.

Cons: The accommodation is in a central location to all the nightlife. Unfortunately the night club adjacent to the accommodation played music loudly outside of the building, which is open until 6am. This disturbed sleep for some but didn't spoil our weekend.

Pros: The location was excellent, we walked from the train station when we arrived and walked everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely return and recommend. Staff were always helpful and, although we didn't meet in person, all emails were answered very swiftly.

Cons: Was a little noisy, but you have to expect that being so central, didn't put us off though.

Had an excellent hen do weekend in a fab location!

Pros: Great central location and perfect for a large group / host was easy to communicate with too, thank you!

Cons: Along with the great central location there was also a lot of noise, nothing some earplugs couldn’t fix however could maybe provide earplugs or soundproofing to reduce the outside noise.

It was great, noise was to a minimum and reasonability priced

Cons: Noise outside when sleeping in the front room. However, this was mentioned by the staff

Great location, lovely property and great communication

Pros: Great facilities and location was within walking distance of everything

Cons: The street and the club next door was noisy as it was open until 6am

Amazing apartment, perfect for hen/stag do’s

Pros: Good central location, not far from parking and train station. There was an issue with the boiler, an engineer came out to fix it within 2 hours of it being reported. Overall, I would stay again!

Cons: It was very loud during the night, but that’s to be expected with the location. Some of the duvets, pillows were stained - pictures attached

Great apartment in amazing location

Pros: Fantastic location, comfortable beds. Spacious and well decorated.

Cons: No air circulation in most rooms so the apartment was extremely hot. Shower room got extremely had lots of condensation as a result. Only 2 toilet rolls for 10 guests. Asked for a late checkout and didn’t get a reply until 2 hours after we had already checked out at the standard time.

Pros: We loved the location. It suited us perfect. We went over as a group of 3 different family's and it was perfect and so easy to find. The children had plenty of room to run around and play. Everything is right beside you, if your there for nightlife or family fun this place is perfect.
