Great property and location. Absolutely spotless on arrival. Very comfortable family stay for an excellent price .

Pros: Surprisingly spacious and well kitted with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Hot tub and outside seating was lovely.

Cons: There was work on site the whole time we were there. This can’t be helped.Decking and exterior needs repainting. Otherwise excellent .

Relaxing, spacious, peaceful

Pros: The location was fab, the lodge was spacious and spotless, the bed was comfy, the garden was AMAZING for our wee dog, and the hot tub was sheer bliss. Jules was super helpful when a problem arose and was there quickly to sort it. We had the most amazing weather for the Lakes, which made it even better.

Cons: A wee clothes airer would be super handy, as would a toilet roll holder. The gap between the bottom of the decking fence and decking was quite open for our skinny wee dog we had to pop a wee rope around it to stop him escaping (but he is a skinny wee thing!). All minor things and absolutely didn't affect our enjoyment.

Amazing!

Pros: Amazing place, constant updates from the host checking we’re ok and having a good time. Beautiful and clean with lovely neighbours - definitely coming back!

Cons: Nothing at all everything was great, only thing was maybe the automatic lights in the hallway when we brought our dogs because they pace from 7am so it was going on and off 🤣 but no fault of the lodge or hosts!

Lovely peaceful getaway, staff didn’t bother you but you knew they was there if you needed them.

Pros: Spacious, clean, peaceful location. Hottub was a bonus!

Great location, a hidden gem.

Pros: Loved the hot tub, and the good size of the property

Cons: Some of the lights outside didn’t work so we couldn’t really see very much when wanting to sit out in the evening.

Beautiful, super clean. In love with the place!

Pros: Absolutely immaculate! I’m admittedly very fussy about cleanliness and this place was so so clean. Smelt great, beds were super comfy. Lodge was sound proof. The place is so quiet. The animals on site adorable. The owners leave you to it but if you need them they’re available. The hot tub is well maintained. Towels super soft and very clean, smelled great. All facilities we needed. Would go back in a heart beat.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Honestly loved it.

Pros: Excellent, clean, comfortable, spacious. Enclosed area around hot tub with deck and fence lighting. Hedge Screening between Lodges. Parking outside Lodge. Security Gates to site.
