Cosy and warm home from home...

Pros: Super convenient location. House recently done up. new furniture throughout I would say, bar the kitchen table and chairs (note there was nothing wring with them, you could just tell they were not brand new) Great heating

Cons: I can see the owners have spent time and money on this place and over all, our stay was great/suited our needs. New bedding Id guess and new furniture. Some tips: you provide dish washing tablets for the dishwasher, but no sponge for the sink- and so there were plates in the cupboard that were not clean as I think people had just ran them under the tap. Also, only 3 bowls in a house that sleeps 5, ditto forks... I am aware things get broke/go missing, but I would have been disappointed if I wanted to cook a big meal for all.
