Good location for visiting surrounding cities

Pros: Good location with easy reach to the motorway and area was quiet. Beds clean and very comfortable. When we arrived we noticed there weren’t any towels as described, owners were really quick to respond and promptly delivered enough towels for us all.

Cons: For a 9 person house there were only 5 dining chairs. Could have done with being a little bit cleaner with some cleaning sprays/cloths available and a few more pots and pans. Floorboards very creaky so if you’re a light sleeper you may hear people on the upper floors moving around.

Pros: The house was lovely and clean and location was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and felt just like being at home.

Good value for money. Would recommend to friends

Pros: Good location 5 min from 2 supermarkets, pubs for cheap meals. Clean/tidy/modern large wardrobe space. Ideal for group friends/colleagues needing a few days stay

Cons: Beds a little hard for some of us ( Personal choice). Had to message host 4hrs before check in to get key details- we had a long distance to travel wanted details before we left

Spacious comfortable house in great location.

Pros: Lovely comfortable house with 5 bedrooms. Well equipped, spacious house in a nice location convenient to Manchester and not far from Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Lidl and Tesco close by.

Pros: 2nd time staying here, everything you need is here. Great location, the owners really pleasant and helpful. Cant praise it highly enough, superb!!!

Pros: Clean, spacious home away from home with comfortable beds and modern decor.

Cons: Could do with larger sofas in the living room as even as a 5-bed house, with four adults and two children it was a squeeze. Also no side table. TV didn't work at all in the kitchen and apps didn't work on the TV in the living room. Quite noisy, so you could pretty much hear everyone in the house from top to bottom but absolutely fine for a couple of nights away.

Ideal for few days trip, has supermarket 4/5 minutes drive. Nice and quiet area.

Pros: It was spacious fits two families 8 people, everyone was comfortable had enough space. Nice and quiet environment.

Brilliant property, amazing hosts

Pros: The location was fabulous, close to things. The house itself was spotlessly clean, and fresh. The beds were so comfortable and spacious, everything was there what we needed aswell. The garden was lovely and clean. There was nothing we could fault throughout the whole property. The host clare was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, always reachable if needed to answer any questions. Will definitely recommend this property and the hosts.
