Excellent, comfortable and perfect for business.

Pros: Rural location and lovely and quiet. Beautiful cottage, well appointed. Clean and tidy, and well presented.

Cons: Wifi was very slow, which may not be the problem of the owner. I'd suggest thinknig of putting in Starlink for a better more stable connection.

Spacious, modern, warm cottage. Perfect 👌🏼

Pros: Spacious, quiet, very comfortable. Everything you needed under one roof. Toasty warm, lovely fluffy towels and bedding. Milk, tea, coffee and cereal provided which was a nice touch. Couldn’t fault the property

Cons: WiFi was a little slow which for one family member doing work was a little bit inconvenient. For the rest of us not an issue

Excellent stay in Lake District - quiet location surrounded by countryside but attached to a pub - and great for days o

Pros: Everything was excellent. Exactly like the photos, clean and everything you could think you might need had been thought about. Communication with the owner was also excellent.

Cons: Cant think of anything I didn’t like.

Pros: The size and facilities available are exceptional. Such a lovely place to stay and everything you need.

Cons: A separate toilet would have been ideal downstairs but it was not a big issue.

Would stay here in a hot minute and would recommend to anyone

Pros: They lay out was lovey especially the ground floor . The outdoor space is fabulous for the better weather . Loved the tables downstairs for eating and playing board games .

Cons: We found both the double and deluxe doubles a bit small when you are used to king size.
