Beautiful lodge that is well furnished and very comfortable

Pros: Beautiful lodge that was nicely furnished and a great layout and facilities. Free WiFi and smart tv with good connectivity.

Cons: A couple of little niggles - radiator in master bedroom makes a loud banging noise during the night when expanding and contracting with heat. En-suite bathroom window doesn’t open, latch broken. Only 2 wine glasses for booking of 4 people

Perfect stopover

Pros: We stayed here to break up our journey to Scotland. It was warm and cosy on a very cold November night. Shower was wonderfully reviving. Bed was exceptionally comfy.

Pros: Wow, what a place, I could happily live there! Genuinely can't think of anything they could do to improve it. Beds were so comfortable, showers really powerful, sofa really comfy too. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Lake District 😀
