Pleasant comfortable cosy stay property clean throughout the games room is a bonus addition! 🥰

Pros: We had a pleasant and comfortable stay clean throughout and cosy the games room is a great addition kids enjoyed a lot ! my cousin was travelling from Canada to Heathrow and a forwarding journey up to Bolton I had request a early check in for 12 noon and the staff and team had the property cleaned by the time we went for 12 which was appreciated we were regularly updated or advice on our stay travel with text and a call away and the staff were efficient friendly and very helpful especially belle with her text , and ayman was a call once again thank u team for a very pleasant experience and stay !🥰😊
