Great house and fantastic host would book again

Pros: Took my family of 9 it was a surprise for my mams 70th birthday and when we arrived there was a bunch of flowers, a box of chocolates and a birthday card great touch! kids ages ranged from 3 to 10 and they had a great time and loved how everyone had there own room also when we arrived home we realised my brother in law had left his coat so got in touch and she sent it straight out which was great. Overall we had a great time.

home from home

Pros: This property was great for our family gathering of 13 people, 3 generations. Bedrooms were spacious and each with their own bathroom. We booked this place because of the good quality appearance and clean, smart decor on the website - it didn't disappoint. Had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and large evening meal. Great fridge freezer for storing everything we took with us. Great location, right by the fair and waterpark. Had a great walk all the way up the promenade to the tower, and used the tram to get back. Free wifi that we all connected to, and TV with ability to log into your Netflix / Prime etc A really lovely large dining room and comfy living room. Honestly felt like a home from home for the weekend.

Cons: Out of the hotels hands and we did know this before going - parking for all our cars. We got a free permit for on the road outside and one for local shop which was fab, but had to pay for the other three cars for the whole weekend. There are a few carparks close by for this, but no free parking about as its all permit areas. (Didn't spoil the weekend, just adds a bit more expense)
