Would highly recommend for family and friends with children.

Pros: Very spacious and great for families and amazing how it had kid's games room and utility room.

Cons: Blinds in dining room were broke when got there and electric kept tripping but maintenance was there really quick so that's great.

Pros: Perfect get away plenty space for us all. Beds was comfy everything u needed

Brilliant house to stay for large group.

Pros: Beautiful house with great space. The bed is so comfortable, 8 of us stayed and was very impressed with size of the house and great price to pay for. Planning to come again next year for our event that happening in Blackpool.

Cons: Nothing to be fault at.

Great property and location. Has lots of potential.

Pros: Property is good with lots of potential. Great location, Walking distance to the majority of the main landmarks you'd want to visit.

Cons: Beds were slightly uncomfortable, shower and dryer didn't work and kitchen needed more utensils provided. Ceaning was ok, but a few areas need attention.

Pros: Lovely kitchen kids games room was great house was good only problem was a little bit back from the promenade had to taxi

Pros: The size of the house was exceptional and my children enjoyed the games room.

Cons: There was nets covered in mold in the single bedroom there was a broken lamp in the one double bedroom that had been placed back together but dangerous if we had used it. And the tumble dryer didn't work but the radiators and clothes airer was as good. There alot of damp in the living room and I had to wash all cups plates and pans as they wasn't clean

Chrismas visit

Pros: The house was very big and we all had our rooms to suit our family. All rooms were clean and tidy and warm too. Staff were quick to reply us iin time in all messages that we send regarding any questions we had. Kids enjoyed the games room and it made them not to disturb us a lot as they were kept busy within the games room. We celebrated our Christmas there and all as a family gathered together in such a big lovely place was a bonus. Location very good as shops were nearer and the beach too.. We loved everything about this house and will visit again. And ohh It was affordable price too for such a big house .

Pros: No breakfast available was hoping for complimentary tea coffee milk and sugar just a small amount after a 10 hour car drive would of been a nice touch

Cons: The tumble dryer start button is not working properly. Also there is no anti slip mat for the bath also bathroom no handles to help me get in and out of bath plus there was no hand rail to help in shower these would have to be done before we returned 😀

Pros: the situation of the property was very good, the facilities were excellent for washing and drying and plenty of room. The kids loved the games room.

Cons: The windows could have had blinds in the kitchen and laundry room and the front door was plain glass and very transparent. A second toilet and shower would have been ideal as one toilet for eight was minimal. We could smell gas on a few occasions and we reported it to the owner and he got the gas board out to check that everything was alright.
