brilliant facilities and comfy beds

Pros: it was so clean and tidy and well equipped with everything you need for your stay! elaine was so so lovely and is only a text away!! thank you so much for a brilliant stay we was a family of 5 and my kiddos loved the van !! thank you for all the extras like tea coffee and milk!! we will be back soon also the menu on the table, that pub is a 8 min drive and the food was lovely!! fish and chip shop on site was amazing and cheap too!!

Pros: Location was great and the caravan was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable too. Uber and taxis available all day.

Cons: Nothing really. Other than I think I could have paid a similar price and had the day passes for the activities onsite. Day passes for the site are very expensive

fantastic stay

Pros: from the moment we got on the drive, we could tell this is a holiday home that is looked after. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. the owner kept in touch regularly and was fantastic through it all.

Cons: nothing, it was all great

Absolutely stunning! Cosy & very like home from home

Pros: We drove all the way down from Scotland, as you can imagine. The time you get down, you Just want to relax. And that is exactly what we achieved when we arrived. From the owner staying intouch, giving us directions, checking in that we are ok etc.. the caravan was very clean, not one fault at all about anything. I run a cleaning business myself and I must say I was very impressed. The double bed, is the best bed/mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life. And we have travelled the world, staying in 5* hotels. But that bed was magical. I would love to know where the mattress is from 🤣? Over all, it was very cosy for me & my family. Also, on site you have shops, burger kings, papa johns, and so on.. you have more than enough as well as the entertainment!

Had a great time, lots to see and do in Blackpool and the surrounding areas.

Pros: Caravan was lovely and the beds were very comfortable.

Pros: Very lovely caravan situated ideally near to bus stop so no long walks with a young child. Very clean and tidy and all amenities required at caravan to compliment stay

Cons: Double bed slightly small for two people.

Fabulous stay!

Pros: We had the best time and would love to return, the caravan was spotless my niece and nephew were so excited when we arrived. Elaine was also a great host 😊thank you again Elaine x

Pros: Van was clean , easy to collect key , tea coffee ect fresh milk loo roll ,cleaning bits iron even airfryer all in van .

Cons: No complaints if I had to be picky I'd look for a broom to sweep.

Amazing getaway!

Pros: It was a fantastic short break staycation at Edward’s Holiday Home. It was clean, tidy and extremely inviting. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The host Elaine was excellent and very communicative, which is always reassuring. The lovely touch of providing tea, coffee, sugar and milk was fantastic. My son brought his E-bike and loved going riding around the park and on the trail. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Cons: We had a bit of issue with the internet connection but I’m not sure if that was due to the rainy weather, that was a little frustrating especially when trying to watch evening movies.
