Modern Home: Heart Of Blackburn

Pros: The hosts were amazing, kept in touch before, after and during our stay. Couldn't fault them at all (which was really useful especially as I had a few eejit moments 😂🤦🏼‍♀️). The accommodation was nice, clean and suitable for my party of three plus dog.

Cons: There wasn't anything that would stop us from renting the property again, although we did find that parking was in short supply. That is just the nature of the area though and outwith control of the property owners.

Exceptional

Pros: Location was very good . Everything was near the property. Very comfortable warm and clean house . We stayed 3 nights and we enjoyed.

Cons: Less plates for 4 people and no mirror in the bathroom.

Pros: The property was fully equipped, exceptionally clean and very cosy. Ideal for a family trip and also suitable for us to bring our dog. Also it was a very quiet street.

Cons: There is not a single thing that we didn’t enjoy and would highly recommend. Just a small point to note that we parked in the next street due to lots of cars but that wasn’t an issue for us.

This accommodation provided a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Parking was a little tricky but we were able to unload/load by the door then move the car. Would stay here again.

Cons: It is advertised as parking available however very narrow street and had to park outside of another property which I felt uncomfortable about.

Pros: Clean,. comfortable, had everything you needed, great location and good value for money. Being pet friendly is a massive bonus. Would definitely book again. Great communication from owners too.

Cons: One very very minor detail, there was only 1 fork and there were 4 of us, so had to keep using spoons lol but it didn't spoil the stay.

Cons: Only one fork, no paper towels or napkins, no shampoo, minimal towels. Also big issue trying to check in without agreeing to facial recognition with some Verify Me program. Eventually the host resolved it, but it took 45 minutes. This should not be required, or if it is, it should state that in the listing description.
