Pros: I had a great stay at this accommodation. The property was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the overall standard was very good. The carpets were cleanish and the heating worked perfectly — a big plus, especially for cooler days. The location was also a bonus, with the beach nearby and easy to access - 5 minutes by car. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Cons: The area around the place looked a bit run-down, although to be fair, much of the town has a generally neglected appearance, with the exception of the main shopping streets. From my southern perspective, it felt like tourism was a lost opportunity here. Please note that a deposit is required upon arrival if you choose to stay there.

Great little place, good for couples and friends weekends

Pros: Beautifully done out inside Has two bed rooms upstairs and a bathroom with a washing machine Kitchen has all the appliances you need and there was a fussball table in the dining room too. Really nice and pleasantly surprised by the inside. About 15 min drive to south lakes safari zoo as well. Good host

Cons: The street itself looks really dodgy but don’t let that put you off - the inside is lovely and it was really quiet too
