Pros: Just about everything, lovely attention to detail and design - fabulous garden, fireplace, ease of check in, the silence, the space, lovely and warm - fabulous

Cons: We would have appreciated two couches, rather than the swivel chair and maybe a flower vase but i'm just being picky, the place is a delight.

If you're looking for relaxation you won't be disappointed.

Pros: The cottage was a beautiful little home from home: warm and cosy with a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom. The private garden was plenty big enough for our dog to have a look around. We also enjoyed the complimentary teas and homemade jam that had been provided by our host. There is nothing that I could suggest that might improve our stay. This was by far our favourite holiday let that we have been fortunate enough to come across. We will absolutely return at our first opportunity.

Pros: Such a peaceful location. Well located for visiting places and accessing walks. Comfortable, cosy and clean property. Wonderful views from the back garden. I particularly enjoyed watching all of the birds visiting the garden, including a woodpecker.

Great cottage, great location

Pros: The cottage is great with very easy check-in, it has everything you would need for a long weekend break or longer. The shower room is very good with high quality fittings. The kitchen is great, the washing machine and dishwasher are all good. The location is very peaceful and lots of walks around the area if you enjoy the outdoors. We would stay here again.

Lovely cottage with spectacular views

Pros: A gorgeous cottage. Very well equipped, good sized rooms and good storage in the bedroom. Thank you for providing a hairdryer (I’d forgotten to bring mine). The garden is amazing, perfect for a dog as it’s fully enclosed, spacious and has the most amazing views. The cottage is very private. Little extras from the owners including fresh eggs and honey were absolutely lovely. Thank you for such a great stay. Will definitely be back.

Cons: Not much. Dog walking in the area is a little difficult at this time of year (June) as cattle are in a lot of the fields but this is a minor point as the cottage garden makes up for it.
