Quite warm and comfortable

Pros: We turned up early on Saturday not wanting room but parking so we could catch tram into blackpool despite still serving breakfast was welcomed and told we could park at no cost lovely Man

Cons: Sea view was a sea glimpse

Pros: Location was good very friendly staff rooms comfortable. Food was excellent

Lovely convenient and very friendly staff could fault.

Pros: We opted for the continental breakfast which was nice and as we were the only ones in the hotel that day they didn’t charge us for breakfast.

Pros: Lovely, owner / staff, very accommodating, room very clean and comfortable

Cons: My only complaint was that there was no hot water in the shower, which I told the staff about on departure

Lovely little hotel, perfect location and fabulous breakfast

Pros: Lovely little hotel close to Cleveleys and Blackpool. Lovely hosts and fantastic breakfast, everything we needed for a short stay with our Grandson. Excellent public transport close by so no need to take the car.

A nice small hotel

Pros: We prefer smaller family run type hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel does not do evening meals during the week but that suits us as we stay to visit relatives and go out for meals.

Cons: We like a softer bed, but that's a personal choice. A bigger tv would be nice.
