Friendly helpful host. Would recommend.

Pros: Host very nice and helped with my luggage. Breakfast was handy as could just help yourself. I didn’t actually use this but it would have been good if I had needed it.

Cons: The room was a little cold even though there was a radiator but the duvet was warm and cosy

Pros: the owner seemed ok , didnt hassle you , explained how everything worked and left you to it . there was on site parking and a free breakfast , room was ok with TV , quite a central location and close to local amenities . room was ok for the money , clean and tidy and there were lots of gratuities and kettle with tea coffee and bottled water . it was where i wanted and a price that was ok for the extras parking etc . would go again . leave the work in the car\

Excellent, clean accommodation in a great location with friendly staff.

Pros: Good size room, clean, nice little welcome pack with bottled water, great location.

Cons: En-suite shower room a bit too small. Curtains not that good, thicker or blackout would be better.

Perfect for what we needed. And close to The Rebellion Festival.

Pros: Property close to amenities. Also we had parking which was great. Shower room a bit small but did what we needed to do. Beds were clean and comfy, as we all slept well. Staff also lovely.

Pros: Host greeted us with a friendly approach explaining about the complimentary continental breakfast. He was such a nice guy who had a good chat with us later that day . Location was just by the tower( I've added a picture to show how near it is took from our window ), so just where we wanted to be. The car park at the hotel was full, but there was a public car park, just a few hotels up on the same road, and at £12.50 for 24 hours, you can't grumble. The rooms were very spacious, lovely and clean, we had a room at the back of the property and it was so quiet, our son and his family had the family room and that too was clean with just the right amount of space and our grandson slept so well on the single bed. plenty of coffee and tea and water too , I would certainly return here .

Cons: The mattress was a bit springy but not uncomfortable enough to have a bad sleep, I'm sure some would say the breakfast situation but although our grand son loved the caramel waffles we didn't find it an issue to go down the road for a weatherspoons breakfast.

Pros: It’s was a Pleasant stay staff were very very friendly They are very generous and you can find anything you need there. They have it ready for you. Shakeel Was an amazing person, make you feel home And always there, God bless him Many many thanks for such a lovely experience

Pros: The hotel is within a few minutes walking distance of the promenade. The hotel was clean, the host and hostess were friendly and a continental breakfast was included in the price.

Cons: The ensuite was quite small, but I have been there before so I knew what to expect.

Pros: I've stayed there before - the location was handy for our purposes.

Cons: Lots of stairs, but nothing serious

Pros: Nice room,friendly owner, Peaceful and quiet Tea ,coffee etc all in room And very clean place

Cons: Nothing bad to say about it. Will definitely use again
