Hideaway Ribble Valley

Welcoming clean cabin that is exactly as described.

Pros: Very clean, lots of nice touches. We were left a hamper of goodies, dog treats and lots of other little bits and pieces. The beds were very comfy and cosy. I liked that we were away from all the other cabins in our own little bit and nice and high so had some great views. Lots of nice lighting too with rechargeable candles and under counter lights. We were made to feel very welcome. The pool was great too, a nice size, quiet, cheap and warm.

Cons: Pretty happy with everything, it’s a little hard to find using the postcode but if you input the name of the holiday park it’s much easier. You then have to follow the directions in the welcome pack closely and you find the property no problem.

Pros: Everything seemed brand new. It was truely lovely. They had all autumnal pillows and accessories which made it feel very seasonal and a basket of welcome treats which the children especially enjoyed.

Cons: The only thing that we struggled with was finding the key box and the exact caravan. But was soon sorted with a quick call to the owners. We were exactly where we should be but I didn’t want to try and get in somewhere that wasn’t the correct caravan 😅 (it was very dark when we arrived) Maybe a number 23 on the caravan somewhere to confirm would be helpful for others.

I'd rate higher if I could

Pros: What was there not to like? The views were amazing and the caravan itself was beautiful. The beds, chairs, and couch were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook for ourselves without much hassle. The bathrooms were lovely and the showers were surprisingly spacious. The overall location of the park was nice - quiet and tucked away from the bustle of Preston. Phenomenonal.

Fabulous stay, just what we wanted

Pros: Wonderfully clean and cosy caravan, stunning views, really convenient for local amenities and for the Forest of Bowland. We stayed here for a wedding at 'Hobbit Hill' and it was very very convenient, easy to get a taxi there and back home.

Pros: The hideaway was clean, snug and warm especially as the weather was so horrible....on the 1st night.

Cons: .....

Pros: It was clean and enjoyable! Kids really enjoyed the facilities and heated swimming pool!

A real find, cosy, clean and perfect for a family trip away

Pros: I was very impressed with the location and detail and care that had gone into making the property welcoming. Really appreciated the welcome basket on arrival and loved the Autumn themed furnishings to make the place extra cosy. Up on the hill you get a stunning view and the place was clean and very well equipped for our every need. Will defiantly return. Bar and Pool on site were great too.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect.

A place you absolutely need to visit you won't be disappointed

Pros: We loved everything about the caravan and have been telling family and friends about it and they are very excited to try book time away at some point for themselves the views across the park are breathtaking

Cons: No complaints at all
