Relaxing

Pros: Loved the location on the lakes. The caravan was so clean and warm.

Cons: The sofa wasn’t very comfy, a little warn I would say. The noise from the M6 was constant which didn’t make for a good nights sleep!

Amazing property and location!

Pros: Home from home. Great if you're looking for a base to explore the area. Well equipped. Overlooking the lake which has little piers to fish from. No leisure facilities however there is use of restaurant and bar also a little beach area by the lake 5 minutes walk up the road. Would definitely recommend 28 Borwick Lakes for couples and families.

Cons: There's nothing not to like about this property.

Great location, clean caravan, perfect for a short stay

Pros: Lovely location overlooking a lake. Very clean caravan. Lots of books to read at the property. The owner kindly agreed to let us check out later which was great!

Cons: No bath mats. We had to bring our own towels but that was specified in the instructions.

Relaxing break between Christmas & New year in a lovely part of Lancashire.

Pros: It was warm, comfortable and suitable for a short break.

Cons: A clearer/better description for the facilities would have been beneficial, as we assumed the double bedroom en-suite would have a shower. We struggled with one shower between 5 people.
