Pros: The apartment was incredibly clean, location was great & parking was easy

Cons: Just a couple of small things that could be improved possibly - a bigger, more comfortable couch & thicker mattresses

Pros: Lovely location, very clean apartment equipped with everything you need to cook ( minus 1 fork as we were 4 and only 3 forks 🤣). When we arrived we could not find apartment but called number provided and excellent support.

Cons: Beds was slightly uncomfortable. Unable to get hot water to start late on Saturday night even after following instruction to press override button but was late so didn't call for help.

Pros: Amazing customer support and assistance. It was one of the very best in my experiences. Always at hand.

Cons: The location seems to be riddled with petty crime and bicycle thefts. Had to park the car outside the flat, so I felt more secure for it not to become a static.

Pros: Location was perfect for The Edge arena and great to have two double bedrooms.

Cons: Beds are far too hard. I had acute back problems for several days after staying there for 2 nights

Pros: Everything. Second time here and will return again. Perfect for my needs

Cons: Other people in the complex arguing, smashing bottles. Untidiness of the communal waste areas. Our property was perfect, but the care afforded by others leaves a lot to be desired.

Clean, peaceful, well maintained

Pros: Extremely quiet, despite there being a rugby match on with 20000 people not too far away! Couldnt hear any of the neighbours. Great wifi. Good tv. Very clean.

Cons: Only 1 key, had to co-ordinate who went out when and someone had to stay up to let other family members in. Wouldve liked a portable fan as got quite warm. An extra sofa/comfy chair in lounge wouldve been good. 1 sofa was too small for 4 adults at same time!

Football match trip

Pros: Everything, very clean and modern, even tea and coffee towels left for us 👍 would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. Ideal for going to watch Manchester United play, 30 mins from the football stadium by car, or 5 min walk to the train station, and city centre 👍 night life looks good if that's your thing, or a nice chilled evening in w/spoons 👍

Cons: There was nothing not to like

Pros: The apartment was ideal for a concert we were attending at Bolton University stadium. It was modern and clean with everything we needed. Lovely canal walk just behind the apartment block. Was perfect for a 2 night stay. Would definitely use again, if in tbe area,providing the fire alarm is sorted out.

Cons: Being on the ground floor, you could hear voices outside, but nothing major. The main issue was the fire alarm. We were woken at 8.35 on our first morning,panicking rushed outside. There were only a few people outside, but everything was calm. Chatting to a neighbour, he stated it's a regular thing, a new system that is over sensitive and expect plenty more. It happened at 11 30pm same day ( 3 fire engines present) and 1.30am. Yet again, the following morning, 8.34. I realise this is possibly no fault of the apartments owner as it is in a large building. But I have emailed our concerns with no reply. It is a major concern as no-one left the building the following morning. Also, the fact of the fire brigade resources.
