Perfectly situated, comfortable and quiet location

Pros: The apartment was very thoughtfully set out with everything we could need. It is in a beautiful part of the city, was extremely comfortable and very quiet. We parked easily, around the corner in Blackburn House, Falkner Street for the weekend. Our host was easily accessible if required throughout and kindly allowed us to check in early.

Lovely apartment, great location

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed. The location was great. About a 10 minute walk to the pedestrianised shopping area. Having two bathrooms was a plus when 4 people were staying.

Cons: The bed in the second bedroom was very small.

Disappointing first day but quickly resolved.

Pros: Beautiful building. Some problems with the water. Sorted quickly the next day and lots of apologies.

Cons: First night we stayed in an alternative accommodation because of the problem with the water. Very small room at the Blackburn Arms but the pub and staff were amazing.

Ideal place to stay for Liverpool trip

Pros: Very comfy, plenty of sofa space for 4 people unlike most places. Location great, just a 10 min walk to town centre.

Had a great stay . Loved the apartment & the area. Would recommend& would stay again

Pros: The apartment is basement of a Georgian House & is full of character with original features which we loved. The decor is very modern & well done. Rooms all really comfortable & clean . Nice to have 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. The location is brilliant as Cathedral just down the road & lots of really nice restaurants just a short walk away. Hosts offered to be contacted if we needed any help . Would absolutely recommend .

The property made a wonderful base vising Liverpool. We found it comfortable and would stay again.

Pros: The property was lovely and a great location. It was a perfect base for our stay in Liverpool and we would stay again if visiting.

Cons: The shower hose had a clip to stop it falling and therefore didn't have the flexibly for use of the hose.

Beautiful little apartment close to LIPA and other Universities, centrally located

Pros: The apartment was adorable. A beautiful spot to hang out in, easy to get to, to get into and to get around from. It is below level basement but did not feel underground. Light-filled, cozy and well appointed. Tasteful, comfortable roomy for three+ and large enough to have had a surprise of numerous friends sitting comfortably for an evening. Close to universities (steps from LIPA) absolutely loved it. Friendly host nearby if anything was needed.
