Pros: The property is very spacious, clean and feels homely. Good sized tv to watch programmes when relaxing. The host was a pleasure to speak with and very informative with the checking in instructions and location of property. Plenty of parking.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about the apartment. The area can be a bit daunting on first sight.

Value and quality

Pros: Really clean and well decorated. Really comfy family house feeling. Staff were exceptional and always happy to answer any questions

Pros: Value for money, amenities provided within apartment, as described. Convenient location from motorways, easy access to city centre and towards Crosby , Formby Southport etc

Cons: External front and rear view of the whole apartments complex is unappealing compared to internal apartment which has been refurbished to a very good standard.

Nice stay at a very comfortable apartment

Pros: The apartment has been recently renovated and is very comfortable. The host is very welcoming. It takes a 5 minute walk and two trainstops (15 minutes or so) to get to Liverpool Central Station which is right in the city's centre. Both football stadiums (Anfield and Goodison Park) are in the area. The building itself has a rundown feel but the apartment is really nice. Free parking in front of the building. We arrived earlier than the check-in time but the host was ready to help and let us store our luggage so we could explore Liverpool before settling in. As mentioned in other reviews: there's a great view from the bedroom windows, which was very much appreciated by our teenage kids.

Had a comfortable and a pleasant stay

Pros: Inside the property was very clean and had the best sunset view

Pros: The inside of the flat was very nice, I only stayed one night and didn’t really use the facilities but the bed was comfortable

Cons: I was uncomfortable with the approach to the building, it was very run down and I felt vulnerable with the people walking about, the next morning I went to leave and my car was barricaded with wheelie bins after the dustmen had been, I felt quite stressed

Excellent home in Liverpool- even better host

Pros: The property was in a good location from where we needed to be. It was very quiet at night so we had a good nights sleep with the kids. The beds were comfy and everything in the house was clean and tidy. The house is very lovely The host was extremely accommodating and attentive! He was probably the best host I’ve ever met. He was very quick to respond and helped us to get settled in. Thumbs up! This is how a booking should be. If I stay in Liverpool again I will definitely stay here

Pros: Loved everything about it location was nice and convenient everywhere was clean had everything we needed whilst we stayed couldn’t of asked for a better place would 100% go back
