Pros: Very nice and spacious and the staff was very friendly

Perfect for overnight pit stops like our stay!

Pros: We stopped in Liverpool overnight and added an extra day/night on to our Liverpool stay as we were travelling further south, All staff were absolutely amazing! Anything we needed the staff were there to provide us! Very friendly welcome from fellow staff members, we will definitely be back! Parking was great. Shops near by, very clean.

Cons: I don’t think there was anything negative to say about this apartment, possibly the noise levels were a little bit more than expected could hear others up and down stairs etc… but do you hear that in your own flat? Most likely.. I know we do at home… nothing to improve/ dislike about the property as said w WILL be back!

Pros: Was very spacious and we was given a larger apartment then expected.

Cons: Our apartment was freezing cold when we walked in however once the heating was on it was fine.

This will be option A if needing accommodation in Liverpool. A real find

Pros: Everything! Convenient location, super comfy beds, fabulously sized rooms and Carol who checked us in was incredible. My friend and I discussed how exceptional customer service like hers is very rare to come by these days.

Cons: Nothing. Possibly a tea towel to dry up after using cutlery & crockery? More an observation than ‘not liking it’

Clean and comfortable, ideal for us as a party of four adults and a baby in a penthouse . Perfect ! - thank you

Pros: I loved that it was an old cinema ! It was clean and our penthouse was easy to access with a toddler in a pram . Great onsite parking too Really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble The kitchen area in our penthouse was great for the baby with food and snacks . Great for parking ..

Cons: The bed frame was broken, which exposed nails, however this didn’t pose a problem to the pull out bed .

Pros: Amazing value and secure parking. On site staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Basic facilities and noisy floors (to move around on)

Pros: spacious and clean. receptionist was lovely on arriving late and good customer service when we needed to call to find nearby parking.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Friendly & helpful staff. In good location, Tim Hortons nearby is a big bonus for us😍 Comfortable beds. Rooms are clean.

Cons: A bit cold in the living room/ kitchen area but there is a small heater to use.
