Perfect space for families

Pros: Great space with plenty of room. Good location for being close enough to the strip but not too close to be kept awake. Owner easy to get in touch with and quick reply.

Cons: Sofa quite uncomfortable but that's about it.

A really spacious, clean and well equipped apartment.

Pros: The space and location were really good for us attending a conference at the Winter Gardens. It was also really helpful to have off street parking.

Cons: Having one toilet/bathroom between four of us was a little inconvenient and would have been more so with a larger group.

Good place to stay in Blackpool

Pros: Location good and property clean and well maintained.

Pros: Great location to the town centre. The property had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like! A guide on what to put in the recycling bin would be nice as different areas allow different materials in the recycling bin.

Great location and value for money

Pros: Great location and spacious enough for the 7 of us. Clean and tidy and good value for money. Had an issue with shower head not working well and message and they were round the next morning to change it.

Cons: Sofa needs looking at. Both ends sink as if springs are gone. Could do with a nice lamp in the living room too.

Pros: Decent location 10 mins walk to promenade. Spacious rooms that had everything

Cons: 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment . My granny was 85 and struggled but that is only due to her age obviously

Pros: Excellent place. Was improved even more since our last visit in March. Very comfortable beds. And since March they have a new sofa which was very soft and comfy. Very accommodating and good value. Been before and we defo will come again in the future!

Cons: Lack of coathooks. Eg: there was a good shoerack at the bottom but we wish there was a coat hooks either above it or if no space maybe some under the stairs to attic room (opposite kitchen and bathroom) so we can hang up any our coats damp from rain.

Pros: The flat was simply amazing from top to bottom, so much space. It's a home away from home, so clean.has all basic items needed, having the option of a bath or a shower was so good. Staff were brilliant with communication (via text), giving details for check in etc.

Cons: Having to leave, I did cry. Suggestions I have would be small TVs in the bedrooms, especially for night time for kids, or if a group of friends that want to have own space. A lamp in the corner of livingroom (behind dining table) to make it cozy at night so not needing the big light. Possibly (blackout) curtains in the rooms to keep darker especially for morning when it's really sunny and the lighter nights.

Pros: It was very spacious , very clean , had everything you might need provided It was central location and very good value for money

Great value for money, would deffo stay again

Pros: We liked how spacious the property was, was an ideal location near town and beach, not far from train station. Very good value for money.

Cons: The sofa was broke and really uncomfortable, the bathroom didnt seem as clean as it could of been especially the bath and shower. Needs a tele in the bedroom especially with alot of people.
