The Bawdens Holiday Apartments

One night new years eve stay.

Pros: Great location, with off street parking. The property was very clean throughout.

Cons: Property appears a little dated.

Pros: Lovely host met us at the door, showed us to the room, showed us where everything is. Perfect for our stay and facilities were amazing .

Great family stay in Blackpool!

Pros: Location 7 minutes walk to the sea front and Blackpool lights. The kitchen facilities were a bonus .

Pros: Very central to everything Had everything we needed

Cons: Bathroom was really small

Pros: Central location, very clean and modern, like home from home. Great host, good communication. Would stay again with husband/friends but wouldn’t stay with young children due to the parking.

Cons: Extremely small parking spaces, we could barley walk between the cars so definitely couldn’t get the pushchair in between so we had to fold it away and put in the boot, absolutely fine as we were a couple with a child but wouldn’t of worked had I been on my own with a 15 month old and it was pouring down with rain. There aren’t enough spaces for each room so making them bigger and the front of the building more accessible makes more sense.

Pros: Nice cosy appartments located on a quiet road but close to the Winter Gardens, shops and restaurants. Parking at the property is a big bonus. The host is very responsive

Pros: Facilities was good place was very clean, owner was very welcoming.

Cons: There was a slight draft

Lovely stay!

Pros: Tamara met us at the door at a set time and showed us around. The property was clean and full of everything you need! I loved the extra touch of water and milk being supplied.

Cons: The heating was on in the apartment and there was no option to turn it off ourselves which meant we had to open all windows to get a comfortable night's sleep.

An excellent choice of accommodation with very friendly and helpful hosts.

Pros: This is a really good apartment with all the amenities you would need. The owners were friendly and were ready for us to hand over the keys when we arrived. The property is well located within easy walking distance of the sea front and all attractions. The apartment was excellent, really comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Blackpool, we will be returning next time we are visiting.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about this place. It exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The owner was very friendly, the apartment was lovely and clean and everything you needed in it.

Cons: Other people that stayed there had no respect slamming doors early hours. This would not stop me staying again as the place was lovely.
