Family Twixmas' stay (Apt 1A)

Pros: The location was very good, it was away from the nightlife and noise but still close enough to be able to walk and reach the attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very roomy for a family of 4. The tram stops are very close. Two double bedrooms, one with en suite and another toilet and shower in the apartment too, which came in very handy for us.

Cons: The apartment was directly next to the lift of the building with a service type door therefore the noise from that, especially late at night was slightly annoying. The apartment also had 2 fire doors to an outside yard which made me quite nervous with a VERY curious 4 year old, however he wasn't even bothered by them.

Pros: Fab location. Lovely clean apartment. We had a fab stay. Thank you!

Pros: Great location, clean, friendly staff/owners. Lovely and warm in cold winter weather, good parking and permit provided. Spacious rooms.

Pros: Excellent hosts excellent apartment brilliant location extra bonus that we could take the dog was the dogs first time to the beach and he loved it very highly recommended

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Lovely little flat.

Pros: Nice and clean, comfortable bed, good selection of plates cups and glasses as well as utensils in the kitchen. Fresh towels and linen which smelt lovely. Good choice of TV channels. Convenient for the tram and beach. We felt safe and secure

Cons: A little tired. The outside looks quite rough with rusty balcony's and the staircase is more of an exterior one.... Once in the flat however it's much nicer, however it could do with new flooring in places and a bit of a redecorating here and there,- skirting boards and the hall. Cables for the newly fitted fire detectors weren't encased, but all cosmetic. It was absolutely fine for what we needed though and I would stay there again.

Pros: You couldn't get a better location in blackpool

Cons: Nothing, place is perfect central, friendly, but still quiet at night

Great value for money

Pros: Great location ... very clean, easy access on arrival. Allow pets which is an added bonus. Only negative was no dressing table mirror near the plug point so not good for blow drying your hair and no broom or mop for the floor which is needed with pets coming in off the beach. Other than that can't fault it. Not luxurious but great place if your furry friends are tagging along. Would definitely return.

Pros: Great value for money, comfortable, clean and in a brilliant location.
