Pros: Loved our stay, great location for our stay in Blackpool. Great service and communications throughout booking process to arrival and departing.

Cons: Nothing to report

Overall we had a lovely time and will recommend the property to other guest.

Pros: The property was very clean and close to shops, we walked to the shops and didn’t need to take bus or taxi when we went shopping.

Cons: The internet was very poor in the sitting room and in everywhere on the basement floor where we were staying most of the time. We had to go upstairs to the rooms to get good internet connections and this was a bit frustrating as it was meant to be a family holiday for bonding but most activities we were supposed to do using the internet connection was not possible. Also it was written on the inventory book that there is extra towels and bed linens but we could not find them and when we rang the office to ask about them, we were told that they don’t provide extra towels and beddings, it’s only the ones they provided when we got there that we will get for the duration of our stay. Another dislike is that there is no free parking, I expected that for the amount we paid, we should have been provided with free parking, instead we were directed to park in a nearby car park for a fee.

Pros: Wonderful location,easy to find easy to access. Clean tidy and comfortable. With lots of room for socialising in the large, well equipped lounge. Bedrooms large, and each had its own tv. Heating good .Could actually see the tower lit up from one of the bedrooms .Very quiet at night.

Cons: The lack of mirrors, a full-length mirror would have been useful when several people were getting ready for a glamorous night out on the town and also mirrors in some of the bathrooms missing.. An observation a complaint.

Clean, comfortable and a fantastic location.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and exactly what we look for when travelling to Blackpool for the weekend. Everyone was very helpful and friendly too. They even gave us a free late checkout due to one of the TV’s not working.

Cons: The only thing missing was mirrors. There was only one big mirror in the bathroom but no full length and none anywhere else. This did mean we had to go and buy some little ones. But overall, it didn’t affect our stay really.

Pros: Locality, plenty space/room, multiple bathrooms.

It was fab. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Great location. We were attending a conference at the winter gardens which was a 2 minute walk. Absolutely perfect. Accommodation was clean and spacious with a great communal area.

Cons: It was a little warm with us sharing rooms, especially downstairs but overall it met our needs perfectly. An extra bathroom (we had 2 for 10 of us) would have been an asset, and some more tea & coffee too but that’s being picky.

Pros: The location, facilities, cleanliness and communication with the property was exceptional. Without hesitation we would book again!

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: The apartment was perfect the beds are comfy and the place is spotless. There was plenty of toilets one on 1st floor and two on the 2nd. I would definitely go back.

Cons: The fact that there was only one bathroom with a shower/bath and only one mirror was a bit strange when your renting out to 8 people and we were all females trying to get ready it was a bit hard work. We also didn't get a lot of sleep the people in the apartment underneath us was fighting until the early hours of the morning but that's no bad review on the apartment. Thank you Sasco
