Perfect stay if you are on a budget

Pros: Ideal location if you are needing a quick commute to Liverpool.. taxi was around 4 pounds into the centre. Free on street parking. Super comfy bed and soft fresh bedding and towels.We were even given a fan due to the hot weather . There are products to use for teeth and shower incase you forget anything . Bargain stay .thanks so much !

Nice stay, but early morning wake up call

Pros: Host was very accommodating, and also very understanding when I believed I'd lost my keys (turned out I had left them in my room), made me a cup of tea in the morning which was a nice thing to do

Cons: Access to facilities to make myself tea/coffee would have been nice, although the host did make me a cup of tea in the morning when I enquired about this. Was also woken by host at around 8:30am knocking on my door requesting the front door key back (I think possibly because he needed to go out), wasn't too happy about this as check out isn't until 11 and I would have liked to lie in for a bit longer, so I think having something like a designated area or tray that guests can just deposit keys into upon checkout to save host having to knock on guests doors to request them back would be worth considering. But that is my only complaint about him, other than that he was polite and accommodating

Pros: Great location 15 min walk to Anfield. Host welcomed us and told us how to contact them if needed. Very clean and quiet. Great value for money. Thank you

Pros: Location & host was excellent. Bonus parking right outside the property for free.

Pros: We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The hosts were flexible with the check-out time and very responsive with communication. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large TV and access to Netflix. Great value for money

All around really happy with our stay would use again if returning.

Pros: really friendly man who let us check in early and check out later. fresh towels. Lock on bedroom door and bathroom. very clean felt very at home. really close to town which was ideal for us. For the price we paid we couldn’t complain at all.

Cons: The area of property isn’t the greatest but we expected that.

Pros: The room spacious, the bed very comfortable. Everything is clean. Anthony offered us coffee and tea. Perfect place to stay a few days, I would be back for sure.

Cheap, efficient but needs locks...

Pros: I needed something cheap and efficient. Was a nice room, the bathroom outside but, spacious and nobody bothered me. It's about 3kms from the centre. Can use the train, just 500m away. Also a bus passes by. It's also about 1,5km from Anfield. Easy to walk there...

Cons: There are no actual locks on the doors!! Just a flimsy door chain. You can only use it from inside. So, not exactly safe...I stayed alone...when i wanted to use the bathroom, i could not lock my room. Yes, i could use the door chain for the bathroom door, but my room was unlocked...It's a small investment, and would make a huge difference for clients to feel safer.

Pros: Host was very friendly and responsive. Cosy and clean, perfect for an overnight stay if you are in the area.

Pros: The house was comfortable and straightforward. I enjoyed the stay and slept well. The host was very accommodating too. The area was well connected and it was easy to get into the city centre by public transport (bus, train or taxi).
