Pros: It was a lovely room right on the promenade, had all the amenities expected. Jenn and Iain were very hospitable and provided great information.

Cons: I wasn't aware the room was part of the actual living area of the rest of the house when booking. This wasn't made clear. Also, from the description it appeared the room would have a sea view. This was stretching reality as the room is at the very back of the property with a side window which only opens at the top. The headline description is therefore quite misleading as there is only a very limited view of the sea.

A very comfortable stay

Pros: Great communication with the hosts before the stay. Warm greeting and explanation of where things are. Tea and Coffee facilities in the room with a little milk fridge too. Lovely quiet location on the prom with street parking by the side. Sole use of nice bathroom.
