Cute house with a great jacuzzi

Pros: Beautiful house very clean and great location and the neighbours were lovely. The jacuzzi was amazing and it's a very short 5 minute walk to Asda if that.

Cons: We had issues when trying to check in. We had not been sent the key code and had to wait over an hour which was stressful after a 3 hour car journey. We tried contacting the number on the booking and booking.com tried too but at first there was no answer. After just over an hour and a bit we had a call back. We then a little later realised there was no hot water and had to video call with the owners and use a pair of pliers to get the pressue up on the boiler which again was a bit stressful as at first we had no answer and booking.com couldn't get through either. We were sent a welcome pack about 45 minutes after we got into the property and it stated not to use their towels or toiletries and if we had known this before hand we would have brought our own. I think that needs to be sent as soon as you make the booking so you can prepare.

Perfect family stay

Pros: We had a lovely family stay here, the house was beautiful, and we would deffinatly stay here again, the hot tub was great and really was an added bonus to our stay. Fab location to. Communication with the landlord was really responsive. Fab stay all round x

A better option than a hotel

Pros: Initial communication after booking and throughout our stay from the home owner. Cleanliness, decor and comfort. Easy to use technology and facilities. Great location- 15 minute walk to football stadium and 15 minute drive to city centre. Local amenities and public transport options. Good sized garden, X-Box and viewing platforms for entertainment. Free parking. We felt safe and secure. The comforts of the home from home was excellent value for money compared to a small hotel room for a family to share. The photo's really do not do the house justice. This will be our first choice when we return again.
