Pros: Located less than 10 minutes walk from Edge Hill station and around 20 minutes from Liverpool city centre, near a medium sized Tesco. Not a lot of outside noise (other than noisy people upstairs). Bedroom was reasonably sized, bed comfy with good lighting & plug sockets. Certainly somewhere I would use again if I was having another little adventure getaway in the North West.

Cons: Front door code was a bit on the long side (once I managed to get the keypad to light up), not ideal when it's raining. Window blind not ideal as it leaked light round the edges (says something when there is evidence of sellotape holding it down)

I really enjoyed my stay and the neatness of the room, rest room and all.

Pros: The property is neat and the rest room also The automated system is very good.

Cons: The payment for early check in is way too high

Pros: We stayed in room number 4 which is on the second floor and it was perfect as we watched the sunrise from there in the morning. Close to bus stops where you can go to town or Anfield stadium. The whole property was clean and our room had everything we needed- towels , shampoo and shower gel. The heating was perfect and it was a nice warm welcome after the long cold day.
