NEW Spacious Modern Townhouse Sleeps 12 Free Parking

Close to transport and very warm townhouse.

Pros: The townhouse was in a good location, close to transport and short trip into everything we wanted to see. It was very warm and comfortable. Simon was excellent with communication and assisting with any queries or needs we had.

Pros: Very convenient to city centre and owner was very helpful.

Pros: The location was brilliant just 5 stops on the bus to the city centre. The house was very clean. Justin was really helpful. Mini market just over the road full to bursting with everything you could possibly need. Had a key box safe so you could come and go especially in a large group.

Cons: Was told there was plenty of parking for 2 cars. Although resident permits are now required for parking on the road so had to find a space for 2nd car.

Pros: We visiting from Belfast for a hen party and Justin was so helpful from the moment we booked. Communication was great, location was very handy - not too far out of the city centre. The house was clean

Pros: location near the center, less noisy location, equipment of the house, transport accessibility, several shopping supermarkets within 300m and tiptop communication with the manager Justin !!!

Pros: I liked there was a keysafe box for the house keys. Meaning we could arrive at any time we wanted to and where needing to meet anyone to collect them. Justin was so professional and if we needed any help he was more than happy to help. The property was great and 5 minutes ride in a taxi to town centre which was perfect as we didn’t have all the noise for partying when wanting to sleep. I would highly recommend this property and would book again when visiting Liverpool.

Pros: Great value for money. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Great service. Really friendly and informative. Location was near convenience stores. Maximum £10 for a taxi into the town centre. Clean. We would recommend for other hen parties. Felt safe.

Cons: It could have done with more mirrors to get ready. We would have liked platters or something to serve food onto. There were 12 of us but it was probably comfortable for 12. The grass needed cutting.

Lovely property, good location and close to the city!

Pros: Lovely, good sized property and really close to the city! There were 10 in my party and there was plenty of room for all of us would definitely stay here again. When I experienced some problems getting my deposit back from the bank, Justin couldn’t have been more helpful in finding a solution so I could get my money back!

Anyone looking for a place to stay in Liverpool should definitely chose to stay here. Great host and great property.

Pros: The property was in a great location and close to the city centre, it was spacious and the host was accommodating throughout. There is plenty of parking, the property is easy to get to and was an ideal place to stay for our trip to Liverpool. I would recommend anyone staying here if you are visiting Liverpool.
