A peaceful, character-filled escape in a beautifully restored Cumbrian farmhouse

Pros: A truly memorable weekend at the Old Farmhouse, Beetham – peaceful, beautifully restored, and full of thoughtful character. Matthew and Harry’s warm hospitality shone through in the handwritten welcome card and fresh eggs from their hens. With tranquil surroundings, handy access to local attractions, and the children being able to help feed the animals, it’s a stay we’d wholeheartedly recommend.

Cons: Nothing.
