The Slipway Cabins with Hottub

Amazing stay in a lovely modern cabin in a superb location. Loved our stay

Fabulous cabin with everything you need in a lovely location.

Pros: Stunning cabin in a beautiful location. Had everything we needed and the comfiest beds ever. Hot tub fabulous. Perfect little place to stay. Would highly recommend this little gem.

Cons: There seemed to be a kids party in the next cabin with lots of excitable screaming which made it hard to relax. Just 1 of those things, I would still return.

Tucked all the boxes that I required for one night stay if I need to come to that part of the country again I would stay

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin, great location on a beautiful canal with a fun pub right next door and close to other restaurants and attractions. Interior was stylish, comfortable and clean. Pretty much everything had been thought of and the hot tub was perfect and private. Very comfortable beds, we would love to come again we had a very relaxing stay.

Cons: The inside of the cabin was immaculate but the outside area could use a good clean. The entry way, outdoor window and around the hot tub wood cover had quite a build up of dust and cobwebs, also seemed to be a lot of left over celotaope and bits of balloons from previous guests, just missing the same cleanliness as the inside. Also the freezer section had a previous guests exploded beer bottles in, not a big deal obviously just been missed but made the freezer unusable.

Pros: This is the second time I stayed within the month I loved the view of the second cabin and have already booked to come back next week

An excellent base for us to visit family at nearby edge hill uni and we will absolutely book again

Pros: Not applicable as it was a self catering location, but there was a lovely welcome pack of wine and snacks on arrival Tea and coffee was provided, as were some kitchen essentials such as juice, salt, pepper, cleaning products etc Loved the AC unit

Cons: Providing a Mop Bucket and brush so we could tidy up when leaving would be helpful, as there was only a dust pan to do that with. Same is true of an outside large bin to get rid of all waste. For cooking, an essential item we would suggest would be a flat head spatula. In the bathrooms, there are shower gels shampoo and conditioner tubs on the wall, but they were all empty. A fence and gate at the front of the property would also be amazing, as you allow pets to stay but they can easily gain access to the busy public patio area at the pub which could cause annoyance to patrons there. These aren't moans or groans, more of little things that make guests even more appreciative of hosts at the property An excellent base for us to visit family at the nearby edge hill uni and we will absolutely book again.

Pros: Could not fault this little getaway. I have found myself staying in a few air bnbs and properties this year and this has got to be up in the top 3. The location was excellent and the cabin itself was in perfect condition. The hot tub was an added extra that the boys loved. There is a lovely pub literally next door which is dog friendly with amazing choice of drinks and delicious food. The staff were more than friendly. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing much to dislike to be honest!

Pros: Everything about the cabin was 5 star , the hot tub with lovely view , the well equipped cabin itself which was immaculate.

Cons: Nothin really . I thought the onsite bar was an ongoing project and will probably be nicer during the summer months . Don’t be put off the food was very very good .
