Good location for the event we was attending

Pros: Excellent for what we wanted Had an event around the corner so brilliant for us to stay overnight and off street parking Meet and greet on arrival Lovely person

Great, basic guesthouse.

Pros: Friendly Host. Great Location for footy or city. Easy street parking. Clean room & shared space / kitchen.

Cons: No bedside lamp & very basic room.

Pros: I loved that it was close to the city centre and the area was safe. The host was friendly and the room was very clean too.

Good place for a 1 night stay

Pros: Plenty of space. Easy to get to. Owner was really helpful. Was perfect for what we needed.

Cons: If I had to be picky it would be that we waited outside for awhile to be let in but would not hold that against the owner as traffic or any other reason could of been why.

Nice and clean one night stay

Pros: Nice and clean room/bathroom. Communal kitchen was well-equipped. Parking on street outside. Host was very welcoming. Good location to stay for a university visit

Wonderful stay.

Pros: We travelled from South Wales as my husband had an appointment at Liverpool Hospital. We needed somewhere close by to stay and this Guest house fitted the bill. Due to a roof leak we were unable to stay there that night but the wonderful owner, Michael, arranged a perfect alternative. He was amazingly kind and helpful to us throughout, as was his beautiful wife. They made our stay in Liverpool very memorable. We highly recommend.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Would recommend room was sizable and comfortable and owner was lovely

Pros: I didn't have breakfast as was up and out early, location is good just about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Liverpool the room was brilliant really comfortable and well heated. Really liked the quietness of it. The owner was really nice and very accommodating as I didn't arrive until the late evening.

Pros: Friendly staff, the room was clean and close to the centre. Comfortable bed. Great value for money.

Cons: No complaints.
