Value for money and comfortable stay

Pros: It is a lovely property in a very nice location. The rooms are comfortable enough. There was a helpful lady with a child staying on site and she seemed to be managing the property and assisting the lodgers. Really good to have a person on site. The security access is good and easy to follow including individual rooms.

Cons: Daytime won't bother many but at night it is cold. I wish there could be better temperature control in the rooms. For future I'll be bringing my own pillow and spare blanket to improve the comfort and live-ability side. Bathroom hygiene could be better. There is visible grime in the skirting and various stains and visible grime in other places
