Great short stay away
Pros: Last minute getaway, was a brilliant choice as now we found a new place to visit, I loved everything about where we stayed the host was very helpful and went out his way to make sure our stay away was one to remember. We had a small issue which was resolved almost immediately and even helped to make our stay as comfortable as he could. I'd definitely return back for a longer stay.

Nice but not luxury
Pros: The beds were comfy and clean . The hot tub was clean and warm. The bathroom was like new with a large rolltop bath and walk in shower. The bedding was nice. The art work was beautiful. It was warm inside. The flooring was nice and the carpet was clean, thick and felt lovely under foot.
Cons: The ad said luxury but I would say it was average and parts needed finished off. The outside seating area was not clean, it had old dog poo on the patio, the fence was broken and on the floor and litter in the hedges. It only had a wooden table bench to sit at. It was so close to a busy road it was loud when trying to talk and not very private in the hot tub due to the low hedge on the main road. Some of the jets in the tub did not work. Entering the apartment was a hallway which was grubby and the floor had piles of old letters and newspaper with a lamp on the floor. A large dog ran in from outside on 2 occasions into the apartment through the back doors. The back door did not close and the bedroom window was smashed/cracked. We originally had booked a 3 bedroom but the day before they said we've upgraded you to the luxury with hot tub due to work on the one we had booked. I didn't realise that this was now only 2 bedrooms and not 3 that we needed. The twin room was far from the toilet which was an issue for one of our guests, and as the en suite was needed by another guest due to disability it was not the best outcome. The living area had a lovely seat/sofa that looked nice, however it was not comfy and even thought the room was big it had no comfy chairs for 4 of us. It did have a sort of low tub chair and only 3 dining chairs. This could easily house a sofa and chairs that were comfortable. The ants were another issue but I guess this time of year it's inevitable without some intervention.

Pros: Lovely, spacious, quirky property , clean and tidy , a nice welcome bottle of fizz on arrival. Owner/ contact great , allowed us to check in early , THANKS !! beds comfy, good parking , plenty of glasses , plates etc.Small issue with outside lighting but owner offered to come down we sorted with a little lamp in hall so didn't need them to in the end, but great they offered! ( Christmas eve) didn't want to drag anyone out.It says 2 doubles and king but was 2 x singles ,and I think double and king , again not overly bothered on this occasion but just a heads up .
Cons: Couple of little maintenance things, loose carpet in archway , no batteries in Christmas decoration ( so didn't light up) no batteries in clock or had run out. Some doors hard to open , silly little things. We struggled with heating, but it probably our fault , can never fathom ! Even with instructions, but was warm enough anyway. Overall, it was great and would stay again despite these small issues.

Great for three couples
Pros: Nicely furnished and modern property with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. This worked really well as we were three couples going to a wedding nearby .
Cons: The property has recently been refurbished to a generally high standard but there are a few areas which need finishing off (holes in wall in separate bathroom , a few wires hanging - nothing major) . The bedrooms are at a slightly lower level and appear to be slightly affected by damp / musty odour
