Pros: It was lovely and clean but not worth80 I would probably say about 50 to 60 pound a night

Pros: A very comfortable apartment, with everything you need to cook, relax, and sleep. I will definitely be booking it again for my next trip.

Cons: There was nothing bad about it. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the front door lock one night during my stay, but they booked me into a hotel for the night, and the lock was repaired the following day. I guess that something like that could happen to anyone. It was nice to see it being delt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Cost

Pros: The property set up was lovely, very unique wallpaper and couch but also comforting, the bed was comfy, all clean. Washing tablets etc provided which was a bonus. The owner was very communicative and made sure everything was great

Cons: The property is like a house of flats (not massive) there was a constant smell of weed but no as if it was being smoked, it was constant as if it was being grown, we were slightly concerned when we were walked past by someone in the flat by us and they also smelt of the same smell. Downstairs door was left open 24/7 which made us feel a little uneasy but our flat itself was great

Modern, well presented, fully equipped and exceptionally clean upstairs flat in convenient location.

Pros: Good location for me visiting family in nearby care home short 8min walking distance. Is close to nearby convenience store & fish & chip shop approx 5-10 mins, a little further to parade of shops. 5 min walk to bus stop on the main road with fairly frequent service. Town centre also within walking distance or use buses to the main bus & train station with good connections for onward journeys. The flat is newly renovated and modern, well presented, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The flat is on the second level to the back with side view out from the lounge & bedroom. Quiet despite near a main road, occasional noise from door shutting from other flats or main door. Communication with owner Joe was very good. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Cons: Arrived at night, there was no lighting to side of building and has a step down to access the back where flat is and unable to see if hadn’t been for phone torch. There is a security light at main back door to flats entrance but did go out whilst accessing the key lock. Couldn’t get heating to work, however was out all day until late the two nights spent there, so didn’t contact the owner but have given him feedback.
