Great upcoming location, ample space for 4 and well equipped

Pros: Great location, nice and roomy - beds very comfortable

Cons: It was very cold when we got into the premises - only 13 degrees. Took until the next morning to be warm enough without wearing fleeces, hats etc.

Fantastic, will use again.

Pros: Location great, house very modern with fantastic shower. Communication very good.

Cons: Collecting keys from a shop at another location, especially when the weather was terrible. I also thought the up front £250 damage fee was a little excessive. Neither have put me off using them again.

A Week in Liverpool

Pros: Nice interior design. Comfy beds and couches. Giid size tv. Good kitchen. No outdated facility

Cons: I had a front bedroom which was noisy but back bedroom was much better. Surrounded by industrial buildings so a bit isolated

Pros: Property close to the ACC and a coffee shop. Place fitted needs for the stay

Cons: I had to call as I didn't receive the code. Apart from that collection of keys was fine. There was not an iron in the property. I called to ask where it was. I was called back once - checked the location but wasn't there. I was told that they would call back again but that didn't happen. I had to buy an iron the next day.

Would use the same place again for future Liverpool visits.

Pros: Very good location for the ACC and the centre of Liverpool. Near some lovely old buildings with a large car park next to it as well on street parking which was a bonus. The property is small but everything, including the heating, worked very well. The shower was nice and hot and the kitchen had everything we needed including a large fridge-freezer. I especially appreciated the excellent communications with the hosts who responded and reacted proactively. The area was so quiet it was easy to get to sleep every night.

Cons: There's no room for a dining table but we used the small coffee tables for breakfast instead.

Pros: Clean, nice house in a lovely location. Excellent cafe right next door. Walking distance to the Baltic area, Albert Dock and Liverpool One.

Cons: Only one key was provided which we had to pick up from a shop at a location a short walk away. There is a lock box at the property and it would be much more convenient if guests could access the key this way. We were a group of four people and had to keep coordinating passing the key when we wanted to come home at different times. The bathroom needs a lock on it.

Pros: Yes it was small big everything we needed and purpose for our trip beds were comfy and clean and everything you needed was there. A new coffee shop Opened there a few weeks ago and I would highly recommended. Everything at your door step and very easily assessable to everything.

Cons: Parking was abit tight but managed ok. Not much space but a paid car park was beside it.

Fabulous location

Pros: Great location as we were attending a conference at Liverpool conference centre. Lovely cafe, Ryde, just round the corner for breakfast in the morning.

Cons: It was a bit noisy but I’m a light sleeper and it’s in a city. Garden wasn’t great.
