Would probably use again

Pros: Accommodation was very good - had attic room, which was very comfortable. Was equipped with hob, microwave, toaster etc, but it was overnight stay so never used any. Nice en-suite which is a big plus

Cons: Minor - on way to room there was a squeaky floorboard on stairs - could be annoying for other guests. There seemed to be 2 other rooms

Overall, we had a very nice stay, would definitely stay again

Pros: Great value for money, very nice location close to bus stops, very well kept, all amenities worked well, comfortable bed, all round, very happy.

Cons: The only issue we had was the electric water heater tripped on our first night, causing us to have to got down to someone else’s room to get them to flip the switch. However, the host was extremely helpful in resolving this issue, and once resolved we do not have the issue again.

Pros: The room and facilities were ideal. Good ensuite. You have the use of a sink, hob, fridge and microwave. At 100e good value. It was nice having a fridge for cold snacks, milk or beers if you choose. Use of a microwave for breakfast was nice too. The shower was a little weak but did the job. Also a nice few takeaways and one Indian restaurant not far away. Management, good communication which is impressive and they respond fairly fast. 8/10 just because of the delay in cleaning 🧹.

Cons: They could provide a dustpan & brush. But ironing board iron and hairdryer were provided. A wardrobe with hangers, also handy to have. Just a shame they were late getting the room ready. They did sort it out fast and were very good about it.

Pros: Bed was extremely comfy. The room was also very clean and everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: Wasnt sure of the area surrounding during night time when we walked to get food but the property itself is immaculate .

Couples stay for a visit to the Xmas market and a concert

Pros: Location to visit the city and a concert at the Olympia- ample kitchen space for a short break

Cons: The heating was a little fiddly - took us a while to get the right temperature

Pros: The room was nice and clean. The location was good, and we could park outside. The area was quiet too. Enough space for two people, bed was comfy and there was a long mirror. Also good communication.

Cons: No oven so I couldn't cook my pizza.

Pros: The location, ease of check in, wifi, general facilities good, nice and quiet.

Cons: Bed was a bit soft for my taste, there was a lot of outside light - better fitting curtains would have helped

Pros: Clean, well organised, kitchen with all needed equipment, bathroom was also clean and in good condition. Bed was with soft matrace (maybe 2/5 if 5 is hard), for 3 nights it was ok.

Cons: Little bit noisy front door as we lived in first room, but except of that, we have nothing to point out.

Pros: Everything was great the host is lovely and arranged us an extra night! Rooms are ideal, area is quiet, parking on the street, tvs in room, enough towels & tissue.

Cons: Only thing is the shower didnt work to well, but we managed fine!

Pros: Everything was well communicated. The room was well located, in calm place. Value for money. Everything was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: In peak summer, it could have been better if they provided a small fan in the room. The parking in front is a permit location, which gave me some anxiety. It could have been better if the host had taken my car registration number in advance.
