Perfect modern penthouse location with panoramic cityscape views.

Pros: Double aspect roof terraces on 10th floor (duplex meant lower apartment entrance on 9th). Air-con, bright airy kitchen/living room. Quiet apartment and surrounding apartments. Clean throughout. Very secure access and parking.

Cons: Some of the blinds were worse for wear.

Pros: Location, view from the terrace, facilities in the accommodation.

Cons: Rooms a little tight

Pros: Fantastic location and incredible view of Liverpool from the rooftop. The property was well stocked with kitchen equipment and loo roll. The property manager was super helpful and quick to reply to messages. I would definitely stay again.

60th birthday celebration

Pros: Flowers, card and chocolates for my husband's 60th birthday a lovely touch Location for everything really good The rooftop access and views Very well equipped, tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc all in the cupboard Comfortable beds Hot and powerful showers, toiletries provided Very quiet at night Secure gated access/ lift Easy collection of keys from newsagents around the corner

Cons: Would have liked none slip bathmats in the showers Carpets stained Scuff marks on a lot of the walls Dangerous connection on lamp in downstairs bedroom Bulb in upstairs bedroom lamp had blown and could not find a replacement? Toilet seat in downstairs bathroom cracked Would have liked 2 sets of keys/fobs Bath mat in upstairs bathroom very poor quality/ slippy/trip hazard as a big hole on the end of it Upstairs bathroom light over cabinet not working/ buzzing noise? Dead bird behind storage unit on terrace, (decomposed, so had evidently been there for some time)? Silver bin on the terrace was full of other people's cigarette ends/ dirty cloth when we arrived Would have liked a paper folder in the apartment rather than online info re how to work the lights, recycling of rubbish, local amenities etc

Pros: The location was good, right in the city centre. Parking was good and easy to access. Apartment was bright and airy.

Cons: The apartment could have been doing with an upgrade on carpets, they were dirty. Fan didn't work in the bedroom, some window blinds were faulty and the shower was unpredictable at best.

Pros: شقه رائعة من دورين واطلالتين بمنظر رائع، واسعه جدا 2 دوره مياه، 2 غرف نوم باطلالات رائعه ومفارش نظيفه.. غرفة المعيشة نظيفه واثاث جميل وأريكة مريحه تتحول إلى سرير. تتمتع بالعديد من المميزات قريبه من جميع الخدمات السنتر والنهر . مطبخ متكامل بأجهزة حديثه وغساله ومجفف ومجفف شعر ومكواة وادوات نظافه متكاملة، نظافه 100% ورائحة جميله . أمان في منتهى الغايه، وأسلوب المالك السيد/ أدم . لطيف ومتعاون، طريقة الدخول موضحة عبر فديو يرسل إليك من قبل المالك، المفتاح تجده لدى بقالة ECHO في dale St مقابل tesco express على بعد 5 دقائق سيرا صاحب البقالةيمني طيب جدا ، يطلب منك الكود المرسل اليك ويسلمك المفتاح. يوجد مصعد الشقة في الدور 9. من أفضل شقق واطلالات ليفربول.
