Pros: The hotel is clean and got everything that needed. The room is big enough. The bed a little hard for my liking but nothing to complain about. The hotel is next to night club you can hear the music lightly but not loud enough to keep us awake. The communication from the hotel is amazing. They messaged clear information about the check and location and key etc. the hotel gave us complimentary late checkout. The deposit was refund back to my account within five working days. Very pleased with the service.

Great location, fabulous apartment.

Pros: The location was perfect, right in the heart of Liverpool and close to all the bars and restaurants. Really easy to find and only minutes from the train station.
