Super duper flat - would highly recommend!

Pros: A fantastic gem of a flat – spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. The off-street parking space was a real bonus. The location is perfect: close to plenty of lovely independent shops and restaurants, and ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Ribble Valley. Communication from the host was excellent, including a helpful pre-arrival video explaining the flat’s features and parking details. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting family and friends up north!

Pros: Lovely location overlooking the pleasant market and high-spec, comfortable interior. Our hosts very attentive and are rightly proud of their property.

We have been travelling around the UK for 3 weeks, and Market Lounge has been the best place so far.

Pros: The property was presented beautifully, with everything clean, and as neat as a pin. The owners are obviously very caring, and we were made to feel very welcome. A bottle of wine, and a cheese board, was a generous touch.

Cons: Our adult son, found the sofa bed uncomfortable.

Would highly recommend. A very luxurious stay that exceeded our expectations. Fantastic host!

Pros: Exceptional accommodation. Very clean and luxurious. Well lit access to apartment. We were very impressed (looked even better than the photos). Lots of nice fine touches eg welcome pack / cheese board in fridge. Amazing large shower. Great view of Clitheroe and hills from the apartment. Great contact from host including detailed video pre-arrival explaining all features of the property.

Pros: The location was very good with all facilities within walking distance. The appartment is very clean with modern appliances and overlooks the fantastic local market with lovely views of the surrounding hills. For anyone wanting to spend their holiday in the centre of a typical Lancashire countryside town with extremely friendly locals, this location is ideal.

Cons: The facilities in the flat were great, so no negatives at all

Super place

Pros: The place is super clean and comfortable. David is so helpful and made us feel special . You are in the middle of town but is very quiet. Close to everything we needed. Would love to come back to stay again.

A brilliant week-end in a lovely apartment!

Pros: The property was in a brilliant location in the centre of Clitheroe, overlooking the market and within a few minutes walk of all the shops and restaurants! The apartment was an extremely clean and well equipped with everything and a lovely welcome pack of goodies! Excellent!

Highly recommend and hope to stay here again

Pros: It was so nice to be greeted with some treats which included not only tea & coffee but a pint of milk, biscuits, chocolates, a bottle of wine and a cheese board with local cheeses and chutney. Such a welcoming gesture which was much appreciated. We'd also been given clear instructions regarding parking, which was in a designated spot in a private car park a stone's throw away. The location was central and interesting watching Clitheroe market come to life on a couple of days. We also met Pauline on our last evening, but we were made aware that the hosts were available to answer any queries at any time.

Cons: A pair of tongs in the kitchen would have been handy (for turning sausages!)
