Perfect location, clean.

Pros: Literally 3 mins from the seafront and the Tower. Great placement. No parking at all, but a large 24 hour council car park within 500 yards. Clean and secure with self check in. My apartment had a brand new shower suite, hot water perfect. Great comms with owner.

Cons: Main front door is open normally but was locked on arrival. Owner gave us the additional code within a minute, no probs to the get through next secure door. Furniture was dated but absolutely adequate and in good condition.

Short and comfortable stay

Pros: The place was very clean. One of the beds was firm and the other softer - so you can chose which to sleep in based on your preference. The room was quiet during the night. I wouldn't hesitate stay here again

Cons: Check-in could have been better. The lockbox code was originally not sent. My friend called the owner and this was resolved quickly. My TV didn't work. Not good when trying to watch a football cup final. Fortunately my friend's TV was working.

Pros: Excellent location near coral island staff was very friendly the beds was really comfortable and the rooms was spotless i would highly recommend great value for money spot on

Pros: Location was good. Around a 5min walk if that to coral island. Good value for a weeks stay

Cons: Not fault of the property just the pubs bin collection early morning was a bit loud.

Great, central little gem

Pros: Location was great, had all the facilities we needed, it was comfortable and clean and great value for money

Cons: Nothing, my only tip is download the check-in information before you get there, signal is shocking

Pros: A great location, only few minutes walk to bars, clubs, restorants, shops and the beach. The Lady owner was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great value compared to other city centre hotels. Room was lovely, clean, big, and en suite. Definetly I will stay again and I recomended it.

Pros: The property was very clean. High standards of cleaning by person looking after it. Central location and greta price. Nice new shower room with electric shower. Big rooms. Woman who was looking after the apartment was very pleasant and willing to help

Cons: Couldn’t get the TV working, tried tuning it in to no joy. Wi-Fi was very much hit and miss. Couldn’t get no hot water which wasn’t a massive problem as just boiled kettle or shower was electric.

Pros: The Staff were amazing, they went out of there way to help .It was a perfect location within easy walking distance of Blackpool Tower. The room was good, bed was very comfortable got a good night's sleep.
