Pros: Nicola , made sure that the apartment was set up for on arrival , and made sure that it was warm for us .

Pros: Great communication, met by the lovely nicola,who couldn't be more helpful, after the last few years we were put off blackpool with the state of the rooms,we were allocated, BUT WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO SOMERSET HOUSE,

Pros: Nicola was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the location was great for Attractions. Also parking was available. The rooms were quite and beds comfortable.

Pros: The location was perfect very clean a lovely lady greeted us

Pros: Staff were amazing,so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: Size of apartment and comfy bed. Was very happy. Location was great and it was very quiet which was lovely.

Cons: Some cosmetic things were not great like the edge that splits the kitchen and the living room carpet was coming up which caused a trip hazard and was very sharp and could cut bare feet. Also shower was coming off the wall and needs fixing.

Pros: Staff couldn't of done more to be welcoming and help with absolutely anything. Felt very at home.

Great service, spacious and clean

Pros: Nicola (site manager) was absolutely lovely, easy to talk to and went above and beyond. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Was a breeze to check in and out. Our family wanted to stay longer so Nicola found us another accommodation elsewhere for us as they were fully booked. Loads of arcades, gift shops nearby along with plenty of places to eat. Lots of decoration.

Cons: The main bedroom light didn’t work. But the bed side lamps were sufficient.
