DYSA Waterloo Apartments

Pros: The place was spacious and clean, plenty of beds. Close to lots of shops and cafés, short walk to the pleasure beach. The house was perfect for our use. Very clean and tidy.

Pros: Had mainly gone to visit the pleasure beach.This property was a 7 minute walk to the beach ...so convenient!It also felt like a home away from home with shops a stone throw away.

Comfortable and homely. Brilliant location for the south peer and a lovely size apartment with plenty of beds

Cons: The bedding was ripped and didn’t match and was marked and the walls could do with decorating

Comfortable stay for the whole family, great location and great price.

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed in this property with a large family. The property was spacious and had everything we needed to stay as a family from a full set up kitchen to an iron and a travel cot. Only thing missing was a hoover to clean at the back of the kids. The location was convenient with stores just across the street. Close to local food places, pubs, beach and so much more. Can be doing with a bit more of a clean but is comfortable and cozy none the less. Customer service was excellent with quick responses and good over all communication. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Cons: The property could be doing with a bit more of a clean in the nooks and crannies.

Pros: I've stayed at this apartment before and it's clean and good size. It has everything that you need. Plenty of beds. Washing machine and cooker microwave. Shower and bath. Its close to the beach and shops and transport. There wasn't anything I didn't like. However this time. There was a few issues. I let the host know and they replied within an hour. It's nothing major. I would stay here again

Pros: very modern decor, plenty of space. once code was provided trip went at ease and had a lovely stay

Cons: some of the decorating in the rooms needed up dating, as paint was coming off the walls, could do with scissors and tin opener in kitchen

Pros: Location very good,nice quiet area but few local bars very close Tram very convenient, My only criticism was there was only one key to apartment were upon we had to.leave in key box save losing it.would reccomend a few keys as we all had to come back together to gain access etc. Everything else very good

Pros: Good value for money ,clean ,and comfortable beds,lots of extras provided.

Cons: Nothing to report ,stayed with a group of friends ,had a fab weekend.

Pros: Property was great value for money. Couldn’t find the property at first but phoned the helpline and we were on the wrong street. Property is labelled uo. Beds were very comfy it was very clean. Lots of cutlery glasses etc. loads of storage room for clothes. Plenty of towels for all included lots of toiletries.

Cons: The shower clogged up.

Pros: Liked that the owners answered any queries quickly. Seem lovely people. Liked that there were towels provided. Was warm and fab bathroom

Cons: Did not like that when other people used the place they moved furniture but had ripped the flooring and was just taped up, which was an eyesore. No strings to open blinds. No chairs in bedrooms and some no draws. It was clean but not to a great standard and i left it cleaner than went in. But was a good price but if went again would book apartent 2 not number one. Was sjoen it by guests staying there and was a far better quality and entry was great with no steep stairs. Overall a good stay and and ideal for a restful weekend
