Cherry Property - Pear Suite

Pros: Ground floor apartment so no stairs to climb. Neat, tidy and clean. Plenty of room and well equipped. Straight forward check-in. Very quiet, didn't hear any of the other occupants of the building.

Cons: Only thing missing maybe were bedside lamps in the bedrooms.

A night stay for the fireworks

Pros: It was very clean and very comfortable. Fully facilities for what we need.

Pros: Very spacious, clean, and well-kept apartment. Everything you need for a stay away from home. Plenty sleeping space with lots of bedding and pillows as well as plenty of towels. With a well equipped kitchen. It's situated just a short walk from the train station and has a shop just around the corner as well as takeaways. Then, in the other direction, it's just a short walk to the beach, pleasure beach, and all other attractions. It was lovely and quiet at the apartment. Overall, we would definitely book again next time we visit Blackpool. Thank you

Cons: The last morning, we got woken up by someone playing music at 7 pm, but it went off as quickly as it came on, so maybe it was an accident. I would suggest a small hoover in the apartment as I like to clean up after my kids, as well as maybe blackout blinds or curtains for those light mornings when the sun rises early (im a light sleeper). Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again. Thank you.

Nice apartment

Pros: Great location, near Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach. Easy to access trams etc. Was really clean, beds were so comfy. Had a great stay.

Perfect for the pleasure beach

Pros: The location was perfect. Our trip was friends meeting up to go to the pleasure beach for the weekend so super ideal. Plenty of space and the beds were comfy. Super easy check in with the key in a box by the front door. Just over the road from south car park and south train station. The spoons only a few minutes away and the shop around the corner was very handy. We all loved it and was such great value. 100% would stay again.

Cons: The only thing was the strong smell of cigarette ash in the bathroom. Not sure if it was from a previous visitor or the people upstairs but the smell seemed to linger the entire time and didn't go even after leaving the door open.

Great location, quiet and clean

Pros: Excellent location, quiet yet less than 5 minutes walk to prom, water park, etc, close to shops, corner shop 2 doors away which was very convenient. Very clean, spacious (we are a family of 6). Car park very close.

Cons: Needs window restrictors, not safe for small children so we had to keep the bottom windows closed, very hot in summer even with the fan on.

Comfortable, great value for money.

Pros: Location is perfect, only a 5 minute stroll to sandcastle water park & pleasure beach fun fair. Local shops & cash point on the door step. At the end of the street is Velvet coaster (JD weatherspoon) serves food from 8am - 11pm perfect for the whole family & great value for money. Pear suite is spacious & welcoming. Hosts were professional & polite, fab communication throughout are stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
