Pros: Lovely and clean. Everything you need is in the apartment. Was very comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for Lytham and 10min drive into Blackpool. This is our 2nd stay with them and would definitely stay in one of their apartments again in future.

Super easy access and spotlessly clean! It’s clear the owner put a lot of care and effort into the home

Great location

Pros: Very close to beach, restaurants and all amenities Excellent location. Showed up 20 minutes early, and called and was let in Friendly, helpful staff

Cons: Was not an issue for me, but we were the top floor flat which is a lot of stairs for someone with any mobility issues.

Very nice accommodation in close proximity to St Anne’s

Pros: It was very equipped with a fruit bowl, choice of biscuits and the ground floor flat was easily accessible. Big bed and a nice shower too.

Cons: The amount of emails I received in regard to the booking. It was overwhelming. The apartment is right next to St Anne’s, so handy for there, but not as close to Lytham st Annes as we wanted.
